DJ Bouchra born on 30 September 1984 in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. She comes from a family of 4 girls, of which she is the senior. It’s roots lie in the north of Morocco in Tetouan.
Beside twisting DJ, Bouchra studies Leisure Management in Amsterdam. Bouchra has been crazy about musiq and dancing since she was a little girl. In 2002, Bouchra started with turns on small parties, since then she had to catch the taste and wants them to go further in music.
The favoriete Moroccan/Arab artists of Bouchra are Najat Aatabou, Nass ell Ghiwane, Senhaji, Daoudi, Amr Diab, Tamer Hosny, Hakim, Nancy Ajram and of course the present Oum Kalthoum and Abdel Halim Hafez.
Beside Moroccan/Arab music she loves also to mix Arab with Western musiq. It’s favoriete artists from the west are: Musiq Soulchild, Boyz II one, Mariah Carey, India Arie, Lenny Kravitz and a lot of others.
