DJ BURLAP is taking some time off to work on www.CountryJamRadio.com and www.ElevenHundredSprings.com
DJ Burlap, aka Steve Berg has been around country music all his life. Starting in the 1980's, Burlap began honing his keen musical tastes and building his record (thats right, vinyl records) collection. He has traveled the world, first with his rockabilly band LONE STAR TRIO in the 1990's, and now with country band ELEVEN HUNDRED SPRINGS. In all his travels, he noticed a common thread among many of the people he would meet, which is their appreciation of a good country song. In 2004, Burlap decided he would share his music collection by hosting his own kind of record party every Tuesday at a place called the Doublewide in Dallas Texas. From time to time, Burlap takes his show on the road to Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Hollywood, and anywhere else that can use some sweet country jams.
