Curtis Helson joined the music world at the age of 17 where he was introduced to artists such as Daft Punk, Paul Oakenfold and Depeche Mode. After experiencing many club nights and seeing various world famous DJ’s spin, he decided to pick up a pair of Techniques and give the roundtables a turn.
In 2004 he hit the clubs hard passing out mix tapes and promoting himself. The work finally paid off and he landed his first residency at Oslo in Austin, Texas. That opened the door for him to play other various events in Austin.
Fast forward to 2008, now living in Los Angeles, California, this Texas native has been taking the LA club scene by storm. He has played at some of the most prestigious clubs in Hollywood and has shared the stage with the likes of John Selway, Deadmau5, Oliver Moldan, Chloe Harris, Dylan Rhymes, Deepsky, Erphun and Swedish Egil to name a few. He currently holds a residency with Funxion Ent. and Incognito LA.
