Danny Cool has an open-minded approach to DJing with an old school sensibility of rocking the party with an eclectic bag of tunes. Hip-hop fan since the 80s and drummer back in the day music has kept him out of trouble.
Blending dj battle skills with crowd- pleasing trickery, he continues to entertain and push the boundaries of hip-hop DJing. Playing styles including, but not exclusive to 70s funk and soul, golden era hip-hop, reggae, disco grinding jiggy and everything in between.
For the past 8 years, DC has held a residency at E55 and has played at most of Melbourne’s finest venues. Between regular gigs along the east coast and across the Tasman, DC continues to gain a solid reputation as a party pleaser, spreading the Melbourne love far and wide.
