Mitte der Neunziger endeckte Dan Young der gelernte Barkeeper & Restaurantfachmann die Liebe zur elektronischen Musik,legte sich sein eigenes Equitment zu und lernte die Musik nach seiner Art spielen zu lassen. Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts bekamm er unter dem Namen Daniel F. Aufträge in diversen Clubs seiner Gegend und rockte mit vielen Tanzwütigen Feierleuten die Buden. Klar gibt es viele geile Djs die sich in vielen Sachen ähneln. Doch der funke zum feiern muss springen und zum bewegen dringen..;) Sein Stil basiert auf treibente Rhytmen,unter Einfluss des Detroit-Styles,zwischen gesetzte Pattern,übermalt durch hypnotische Melodien.Die Sets springen abwechselnd zwischen techno,detroit,minimal,techhouse auf und ab.
