Brewer has been DJing for 12 years starting at The Engine (Pre-bar for Passion) in Coalvilie, Leicestershire playing all things house. After six months he moved on to Desires in Ashby, Leicestershire as a friday night resident until 1998 when he became a proud farther and DJing took a back seat, but influencing his daughter with music as she grew. (So time not wasted there then!).
In between 1998 and 2004 he attended Confetti Institute of Music Technology gaining a B-Tec National Diploma in Music Technology. Thus empowering him to set up his own personal recording studio, which as given him the opportunity to produce his own material for his DJ sets under the guise of Dave Brewer and for the later half of 2007 he will be pushing for being a signed artist and to set up a commercial studio for bands and DJ's alike.
March 2004 he returned to the House scene where he became a resident DJ at vinyl4play in Mansfield which he held till Feb 2007. Now resident for P.A.W.S (Funky) and Xstatic Funk in Nottingham with guest DJ slots at Magnetic in Derby, Neet in Burton on Trent, Blessed in Northampton, Fixation in Nottingham and Vinyl4play in Mansfield.
Things can only go up for this talented DJ, playing his own blend of funky electro, deep house and progressive beats sets with different manners of technology.
