Born in Lafayette, La in 1981 Raised in Columbia, SC, and all over the south including Houston, Birmingham, Hickory, NC. In June of 2002 officially began djing with turntables while at Fort Campbell, Ky. Started djing in the now defunct club the Dynamic 6 in September 2002 with one of the Lady Technicians djs/Now Core DJs and 101.1 The Beat Nashville Radio Personality, Dj Buddafly in Clarksville, TN. Officially changed name from Dj Holla to Dj Dice D. while in the U.S. Army deployed to Iraq in 2003. Released first mixtape Hot N Spicy Entertainment Mixtape Sampler as Dj Dice D. in Iraq in December 2003. In October 2004, he moved to Kaiserslautern, Germany and lived there til March 2008 with exception of deploying for a year from Oct 2005 - Oct 2006. Also he decided to leave the Active Army in Jan 2007 and join the Reserves while in Germany. When he returned back home to Columbia, SC in 2008 he linked up with local poet Elusive to dj for Verbal Vibrations Poetry Night tuesday nights at Hush Tapas Bar spinning Underground, Progressive, Classic Hip Hop/Neo-Classic Soul/New Wave & House from August 08 to May 09. Currently he's now in Charlotte, NC going to Carolina School of Broadcasting (CSB), doing a once a week radio show called Rock Steaddy Radio! on CSB's new short range & streaming online campus radio station 89.3 FM The Storm playing Alternative, Classic/Underground Hip Hop & Classic/Neo Soul Wednesdays from 7-9pm and still working with underground hip hop rapper/MC, Preach as his DJ.
