Ich persönlich stehe musikalisch auf alles was hart und gut ist, höre aber am liebsten Death-Metal. Man findet mich auch öfter auf Konzerten und Festivals (z.B. Rock Hard, Eisenwahn oder With Full Force). Ansonsten Trink ich ganz gern mal einen und häng viel mit meinen Freunden/dinnen und Bekannten ab. Gross ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit mich im Steinbruch Theater oder in Sachsenhausen im Speak Easy zu treffen. Ebenfalls eine große Leidenschaft von mir ist das Sammeln von CD..s und DVD..s, wobei ich hier nur Originale sammele...

DJ Doom Heute nochmal: Circle Of Domm im Steinbruch Theater! Metal von A-Z! Kommt vprbei und feiert Party, bevor der große Winter kommt ;-) Posted at 6:08 PM Jan 6 view more
DJ DOOM, wer oder was ist das eigentlich? Seit über 7 Jahren arbeite ich als DJ im Steinbruch-Theater. Zu beginn habe ich die Sommervertretung von DJ Lothar im Jahre 2002 (zusammen mit Benny) übernommen. Danach habe ich noch gelegentlich, wenn Not am Mann war aufgelegt. Seit Januar 2004 lege ich regelmäßig Mittwochs im Wechsel mit DJ Ali auf. Das ganze firmiert unter dem Namen HARD N.. HEAVY. Daraus entstand dann der CIRCLE OF DOOM. Der CIRCLE OF DOOM öffnete am 14.04.2004 seine Pforten und bietet seitdem für alle Freunde der harten Musik etwas. Angefangen bei Hard Rock über Heavy und True Metal, Hardcore und Metalcore bis hin zu Black/Death/Trash Metal und Grindcore. Als Sponsor für den CIRCLE OF DOOM konnte ich übrigens das Legacy-Magazin gewinnen. Das Legacy ist neben dem Metal Hammer und dem Rock Hard das bekannteste Magazin für Heavy Metal Musik in Deutschland und passt deshalb gut zum CIRCLE OF DOOM, weil es die ganzen Musikarten, die bei mir laufen (Speziell Black/Death/Trash Metal), abdeckt. Mittlerweile hat auch der CIRCLE OF DOOM bereits sein 4 Jähriges bestehen gefeiert!
In unregelmäßigen Abständen finden beim CIRCLE OF DOOM auch CD-Releasepartys, oder DVD-Releasepartys statt. Ich habe CD-Releasepartys zu den Alben von Agathodaimon (Serpent..s Embrace), Shadows Fall (The War Within), Dark Tranquilty (Character), Strapping Young Lad (Alien), Disbelief (66 Sick, Navigator), Napalm Death (The Code Is Red… Long Live The Code), Dimmu Borgir (Stormblast MMV, In Sorte Diaboli), Abandoned (Thrash Notes), Kataklysm (In The Arms Of Devastation, Live In Germany), Maroon (When Worlds Collide), Satyricon (Now, Diablocial), Exodus (The Atrocity Exhibition), Subway To Sally (Bastard) und vielen weiteren veranstaltet. In Zukunft werden weitere Releasepartys folgen. An diesen Partys werden für gewöhnlich die neuen CDs/DVDs vorgestellt, es wird Merchandising-Material verlost und manchmal sind sogar die Bandmitglieder anwesend (Zum Beispiel waren Disbelief, Abandoned oder Epicedium vor Ort). Wie ihr sicherlich gemerkt habt, versuche ich gerade die "lokalen" Bands zu unterstützen und zu Fördern, was mir auch viel Spass macht und schon viele neue Freundschaften erschlossen hat!
Auch im Biergarten Dieburg (kurz BIGA) lege ich in unregelmäßigen Abstanden seit 2006 auf. Mein Programm ist unter das Motto „Alternative, Rock & Metal Classics“ gestellt und beinhaltet neben ruhigeren Sachen auch viel Metalcore, harten Metal und was sich sonst noch so gewünscht wird.
Darüber hinaus werde ich gelegentlich als DJ für Konzertveranstaltungen oder Partys gebucht. Beispielsweise habe ich bei der Tormention Night I in Weinheim oder der B.E.A.S.T. Clubparty in Münster/Breitefeld aufgelegt. Des weiteren bin ich regelmäßig als DJ für die Bullsblood Metal Party in Klein-Umstadt zuständig. Die nächste Party findet im April 2008 statt.
Insgesamt habe ich mittlerweile bereits über 370 Mal als DJ gearbeitet!
Seit Ende 2005 gibt es auch die NEM (New Evil Music) Konzertveranstaltungs-Agentur, die ich mit gegrüdet habe. Wir haben schon mit Bands wie: Pain, Behemoth, Aborted, Hatesphere, Helrunar, Ektomorf, Neaera, Maroon, Agrypnie, Abandoned oder Dead Eyed Sleeper gearbeitet. Wenn ihr auch eine Band habt und Bock mal in Darmstadt /Umgebung zu spielen, lasst es mich wissen!

What is the CIRCLE OF DOOM?
The CIRCLE OF DOOM was founded on the 14th of April in the year 2004. Since that time it presents all kinds of metal music (Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Black/Death/Thrash Metal, Grindcore and Metalcore/Hardcore). One supporter of the CIRCLE OF DOOM ist the LEGACY magazine, one of the greatest metal-mags in germany.
Every couple of weeks, there are CD-relasepartys. You can listen to new albums and you can win merchandise material (Promo-CD..s, Poster, Stickers, etc.). Sometimes even the members of the bands are involved and you can meet them at the Steinbruch Theater.
I also try to present the “local” metalscene around Darmstadt. I organize concerts in the Rhein/Main-area and do some promotion for the local bands. That is big fun for me, an I have found a lot of new friends by doing that.
