DJ Dual Core is an electronic music producer from Iowa, USA. His music draws on drum n' bass and breakcore and incorporates elements of a wide range of popular culture and consciousness. It includes many live and original elements while remaining decidedly electronic. It is noisy, driving, fun and emotional. It avoids the self absorption of "difficult" electronic music and the derivative nature of mash-up by staying playful, original and in constant motion.
DJ DC started DJing and playing guitar in 1985. Feeding his eclectic tastes from any available source he has absorbed a range of music many people would find surprising for a lifer of a "fly-over state" like Iowa. DJDC returned to electronic music in 2005 after primarily focusing on guitar for many years.
