Highly textured and progressive, the pushing buttons ep is a dynamic and accomplished release from Egadz. A collection of unreleased material spanning from 2005 to 2007, it is (a satisfying precursor to) or (a taste of what is to
come on) his fourth full length album due to be released in the summer 2008. It is clear Egadz has meticulously re-imagined his signature experimental electronica. The result being an industrious and kinetic panorama of sound. -Courtesy of Andrea Ringsmuth

Pushing Buttons Limited Edition T-shirt Brought to you by Someone Clothing- $14.00
Monotony 2003 (Digital MP3 Download) -$11.95
This is the first album from Egadz. This release is distinctively darker in sound than any of the other releases. This albums got the loud resonating drums, deep melodies, and fuzzy distortion that gave Egadz his original sound. Although it is the first, its definitely not an album to be overlooked by any means.

Egadz, a californian native, got his musical start as a battle DJ/turntablist in San Diego during the mid-ninties. In 2002 Monotony, his solo production debut was released on Monotonous records which he founded with partner Paul Peterson. Egadz continued to release albums that recieved world-wide acclaim and landed his songs in a myriad of video's and programs such as 411 video magazine and Fuel TV. His emotionally charged hard-hitting productions and polished live sets transgress genre-lines, painting sonic pictures in his distinctive electronic fashion. This true D.I.Y artist handles everything from licensing to bookings. With 3 solid full length's under his belt, new-comers to Egadz, have some catching up to do to prepare for some promising projects on the horizon under his new label called "Kid Without Radio". In the summer of 08', Egadz will release another solo instrumental album.

Dude, I am already taking all of my friends, and my dad too! I have even showed your music to my five year old niece. But you have Christopher Shane Polk to thank, cause he was the one who showed my friends and I your beautifully immaculate tunes.
I really like the song in your video.. thats a great song on the actual page. Of course I appreciate the Daniel Johnston shirt, did you get to see the painted frog he painted when you were here in ATX? Can you believe some guy that bought out the record store it used to be on the wall of (soundexchange) wanted to paint over it! His store went out of business.. serves him right!
