A propos d' e_swat
Steven alias e_swat tombe dans la marmite en ébullition des musiques électroniques en 1996 après 6 années à jouer de la basse,ses amis à Londres lui envoient des mix tapes c'est le déclic.
Il rejoint en 2000 l'asso cinetic-events à Nantes et ne cesse dès lors de multiplier les prestations devant un public toujours plus réceptif.
Passé de la hard techno et des frees parties, vers un son résolument dancefloor,il forge son mix en intégrant musiques électroniques et clins d'oeil à son passé plus rock ,le mélange prend.
Il fidélise dans l’ouest un public avec qui il partage de grands moments, dépense beaucoup d'énergie dans ses sets devant un public qui la lui rend bien !!!
Il joue actuellement un set electro techno qui ne laisse pas indifférent.

e_swat compose actuellement et a fait quelques illustrations musicales pour les défilés de mode de Stéphane Hervé créateur à Nantes ( www.stephaneherve.fr ) pour le défilé à Kyoto au Japon ainsi que pour le défilé à Milan d’ Akiko Fukata.
Récemment contacté par l Agence Tangophoto (www.tangophoto.net ), il réalise des bandes sons spécifiques pour accompagner des projections de diaporamas .

About e_swat
e_swat was born in 1974 in Nantes French west Coast ,till childhood he is interested in music ,his father plays guitar, listens to Pink Floyd ,Led Zeppelin ,psychedelic rock and also blues and jazz : that provides him soon a very good sound environement.
Fond of music , better than school ,Steven buy his first 45T and some extended play that he is able to listen on his stereo. During high school program he met musicians and start to be bassist, he studies bass guitar for 6 years and joins 2 groups from 1992 to 1995 he keeps the way on rock music but start to be interrested with new sounds that come overseas.
Some friends of him send mixtapes from london . During summer '95 he rushes to the first techno record shop and then became an addict waiting every weeks for fresh plastic.
He is not yet an actor of what will became the electro scene. After putting the bass guitar in it box (not so far) he buys then 2 turntables and started creating harmonies. His rock past helped a lot in conversion.
Steven joins Cinetic events in 2000 ,a team that promotes electro music nationwide ,
He starts gig in clubs , slowing down the tempos , making harmonies , in a great new playground where he meets another audience , artists like the japonese Ken Ishii ,Paul Nazca from scandium record and many more.
He realises then that dancefloor soundz were the key for a good party , he starts then to mix and remix a life of vinyl culture from his oldest records to the newest. Creating link with other dj and producers in order to complete the puzzle that makes a good mix
Always sharing energy and good vibes ,he plays actually in clubs in France ,also recently in Brussel with his friend skizofonik .(myspace/skizofonik)
Steven has also created sound design for fashion events as seen @ Stephane Hervé 's Kyoto Vogue show in Japan ( www.stephaneherve.fr ); for Akiko Fukata for her Fashion show in Milan.
Recently contacted by Tangophoto, an international photographers ' agency , he creates specific sound design for slideshows (www.tangophoto.net)
Better in sounds than in school told him one day a teacher ...he was right !!!
