Undeniably one of the baddest DJs on the planet, Exodus has continued to push the boundaries of electronic music.
His hard edged sound and ridiculous scratching skills have blazed a path of devastation, dropping a unique blend of Dirty Electro, Peak hour House, Techno and Turntablism. Touring regularly, Exodus has made stops all over the USA as well as repeated stops to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Italy, The Netherlands, Venezuela, Poland, & Spain.
Currently the host of one of the highest rated mix shows in the USA, Dirty Drumz Radio with Jared D, you can catch him on the airwaves every week with guest DJs like Bad Boy Bill, Richard Vission, DJ Dan, Donald Glaude, DJ Irene, Richie Santana & Peter Bailey, Twocker & many more!
Exodus' beginnings in the 90's saw him playing every major nightclub in NYC within the first year of being a DJ. Earning respect quickly from promoters and DJ's at a furious pace, Exodus went on to land many residency spots at most of NYC mega clubs, the Tunnel, Limelight, Sound Factory (Pacha), etc. During this time Exodus held residency with some of the biggest names in the industry weekly, Danny Teneglia, Junior Vasquez, Johnathan Peters, Johnny Vicious etc., playing to crowds of 2-5 thousand people weekly.
After some time, Exodus' tastes in music started to get harder, and his interest in playing at raves & festivals began. It was also around this time his interest in production took a turn to Chicago hardhouse. After releasing over 40 vinyl releases on numerous labels, Exodus became a hardhouse household name. Playing countless raves & festivals, from 150 person venue's to as many as 35 thousand people, his popularity began to grow gaining the attention of promoters and clubs around the globe. His electrifying sets would be the most talked about thing at every event he played, leaving club goers demanding him back again! He goes on to say "Never in all my dreams as I grew up wanting to be a DJ, did I ever think I would one day be on the path as the people I looked up too. It was a humbling experience."
After releasing a few compilations for numerous labels, Exodus sought to "close the book" on the hardhouse sound. He released 2 double-disc licensed CD compilations, "Hardhouse Generation" and "Hardhouse Generation 2" on Chicago hardhouse's massive imprint UC Music and Warlock Records. The CDs showcased an amazing amount of tracks, tricks, scratching and flawless mixing, which some people have regarded as the best hardhouse CDs they've ever heard.
Moving forward, his current productions include a slew of massive releases & remixes that have been destroying sound systems around the globe, getting major support from some of the heaviest hitters in the industry. 2006 saw a massive revamp of Exodus' releases, combining big room peakhour house & tech with an infused electro feel. His release's have earned their way into the crates of some of the biggest DJs in the world, with support from DJ's Like Bad Boy Bill, Dubfire, Sharam, Erick Morillo, Serge Devant, Donald Glaude, Steve Angello, Peter Rohauffer, Johnathan Peters, DJ Dan, Richie Santana, & more.
In 2007, Exodus joined with fellow DJ & friend, Jared D, in the formation of Dirty Drumz. It branched off from a radio show syndicated on numerous stations, to a record label, a production alias, and now a well known name throughout the club industry. Their consistent amazing DJ performances, have had them make stops all over the United States together destroying sound systems. And their production & remix production has them in high demand from labels like Ultra, Moist Music, Terratraxx, Sony, Direct Drive Digital, Dirty Fabric etc. having remixed artists like Austin Leeds, D-Unity, Peter Rohauffer, Donald Glaude, Charles Feelgood, Mixin Marc, Paul Anthony & Zxx, Starkillers, Offer Nissim, Lex Da Funk, Lupe Fiasco, and many more.
His music and mix sets have been featured countless times on Sirius Satellite Radio, XM Radio, FM mega stations like 103.5KTU (NYC), B 96 (Chicago), & Power 105 (LA) just to name a few.
In 2009 Exodus merged his label Dirty Drumz Digital with Steve Deparr's label Peak Hour Music. Together, Exodus, Steve & Jared D now run 5 labels, releasing some of the hottest releases to hit the industry! In the club, on your radio, or in the studio, Exodus' passion for what he does shines through. Sharing the stage with everyone from Tiesto to Paul Wall, Bad Boy Bill to the Fugees, Exodus says "I'm not even close to stopping. Hell, I'm not even in my prime yet."
