What up world. Its Frogie, the Souths number 1 DJ aka el Presidente and this is 1 of my many addresses in cyberspace. I started spinnin in 1989 after seeing the magnificent himself, the Legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff in Memphis when I was 15. It amazed me to see how he took comand of the audience without even speaking, so I got a pair of old turntables and the standard Realistic mixer from my friend DJ Paragon and history began. I started gettin paid to DJ when I hit Tennessee State University in '92, which was also the same year I made my first mixtape dollar. While in Nashville for 7 years, I produced tracks and worked with several local acts including 16th av Playas, and Playa G . I'm in Atlanta now still doin what I love to do and doin it well. Oh yeah, i had the pleasure of meeting Jazzy Jeff a couple years ago when he came to tha A. I was able to thank him for inspiring me, so that was cool. As far as accolades, I took home the award for 'Best Skills on a Mixtape' at the 2006 and 2007 Southern Entertainment Awards so preshate all of your votes. I also took home the 2008 award for 'Best Intro'. I was featured in the DJ Edition of Ozone earlier this year.
