DJ Galaxy of the Color Production Crew has been in the hip hop game before you were even born. Being one of the most all-rounded DJ in Hong Kong, he has earned his reputation of being a Hong Kong hip hop legend. His first encounter with djing came when he saw djs mixing in clubs. He quickly fell in love with the art and eventually pursued turntablism. In 1998, he was victorious in the Hong Kong DMC Championship. The following year, he successfully defended his DMC title and again represented Hong Kong in the world finals.
With two successive titles under his belt, nothing stood in his way in becoming a well-known DJ. He regularly performed showcases and sets in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan to name a few. He has done many interviews as well as featuring in various DJ competitions as a judge or a guest performer.
In 2002, he teamed up DJ Tommy (1996 DMC world runner up) to form the Color Production. They both shared a common goal by promoting hip hop in Hong Kong, discovering new talent and educating them. In the same year, he formed a local hip hop group called FAMA. Since then he has been touring with the group and making beats for them. Having achieved his dream of being a world class DJ, he is now pursuing his aim of being a top producer.
