Greetings all..
I have been Dj'ing around the Midlands since around 1990, originally inspired by early dance music, inventive house Dj's like Sasha, John Kelly, Norman Cook, John Digweed, radio stations and some close friends. I decided to have a crack at Dj'ing before it was regarded as a "cool" thing to do, I enjoyed the buzz and stuck at it.
Played early Jungle and D&B then swiftly into House in about '93, visiting clubs such as Lakota, Steering Wheel, Moneypennys, Club UK and so on.
One of my first big sets was an outdoor party in the Forest of Dean and since then I have played various bars, private parties and a couple of small venues but always in a low key fashion along side full time employment, and usually in support of other Dj's. Funky house is my passion but my actual music interests are wide and varied.. from The Charlatans to the Kaiser Chiefs..Snow Patrol, Foo Fighters, The Chemical Brothers, Funk and old skool Hip Hop to Hill Billy Soul. (ok.. not the last one). I think music is categorised far too much - who cares what the 'genre' is - if its good play it.
The latest London party label "12inch Promotions" opens its doors for the first time on January the 31st in 2008 in the refurbished Bar/Club Korsan Bar on the Kingsland Road in Shoreditch, London. The resident DJs Klangfrequenz and Gianluca de Marco will support the main act of the night DJ Lee Garner (AKA).
You can expect a great atmosphere, joyful House and Techno music and an unforgetable night out to start the weekend!!

Just a quick message to let you know the plan for Easter Sunday 8th April. We are doing Smile all day and night! Starting off at Indi bar from 4pm then over to Mechu/Apres at night where Smile links up with Miss Moneypenny’s.
The Smile parties on Bank Holiday Sunday’s are always great fun so hopefully see you there.
We are getting loads of jugs of Sangria in for all friends who join us at Indi Bar early doors to get us all the Bank Holiday spirit so no excuses!
