Globally, DJ G. Brown has moved over 300,000 mixtapes: a direct result of skill, work ethic, and streetwise sensibility. New York Magazine agrees, ranking G. Brown’s Notorious B.I.G. tribute “March 9” (a collaboration with DJ J.Period), as one of the “Top Hip-Hop Mixtapes of 2007.” Justo’s Annual Mixtape Awards have reinforced DJ G Brown’s status as a top mixtape and club DJ, with its numerous nominations over the years.
