Scratch Session:

DJ Goons got his start in Hip Hop and Electronic Music in 1994 with the acquisition of his first Technics Turnables. Born in France in 1980 , having lived in Lille, Paris and then Bruxelles, he had the chance to train many times with the most talented DJs in the world: DJ Netik (3 times DJ world champion), DJ Need - Birdy Nam Nam (DJ Team world Champion) and DJ Kodh (2000 DJ World champion).

He's a founding member of the well-known Drumadix Label created in 2000 with Kaboz, Pterodactyl, 6stem2bass and Dave.
= Release of 4 Hardcore and Drum and Bass records, all sold-out at the moment
= Organization of the biggest Hardcore electronic music events in Belgium featuring artists like Hellfish, Producer, Rotator, Repeater, Speed Freak, Bryan Fury, Heretik, Al-Core, Radium, Epileptik, Dfazés, Bad Company, and many more

DJ Goons Ranked 3rd at the 2002 Hip Hop Days DJ Competition whom referees were DJ Netik (3 times DMC world champion) and Mister Aul ( 3 times number two in world DMC championships)

DJ Goons is also collaborating on many tracks with Key MCs and Beatmakers from the international music scene (with Buck 65, winner of the canadian Juno awards + Joëlle Phuong Minh Lê and with K-mel, ex-Alliance Ethnique and with the incredible General Levy, a pioneer of the UK jungle movement)

You can see him performing live demo Shows for Rane alongside Daddy K and Grasshoppa's big band when he introduces Scratchlive in the belgian new audio visual technologies congresses like during the Audio-Creative Fair Congress for example.

On the web, DJ Goons is one of the most appreciated Scratch DJs, his videos having been featured on the Youtube and Dailymotion Homepages not less than 3 times. In March 2008, his scratch videos counted more than 550 000 views. (DJ Goons ranks first in the Dailymotion search result pages for the keyword "Scratch" ! ;)
