I run Supersonic probably the longest running Indie/Alternative night in Southampton as i have been at various venues since 1980.
There are various versions of Supersonic and all info on this can be found at my web site www.djhammy.co.uk
Wednesday nights It's Supersonic at The Rhino Club, Waterloo Terrace, Southampton now in it's 10th year.
And every Saturday it's Supersonic 2 at the Dorchester Arms, Onslow Road, Southampton. also in it's 10th year.
Wednesday nights at the Rhino features guest promoters, bands and Dj's in The Bass-ment. Please note i prefer to take booking only via e-mail not via myspace so if you are interested in playing please contact me on djhammy@btopenworld
You can also call or text me on my mobile 07738445460
I have a Supersonic Facebook group as well

Who I'd like to meet: Open minded people who have eclectic offbeat alternative music in their hearts and plenty of cash in their pockets to come to my club nights!!. Any one who supports Animal Rights, Is Vegetarian/Vegan, Is into footy especialy Southampton FC (I do have lot's of Pompey mates as well!!) those who hate the big corperate machine (even though we have to live with in it). Individuals who think for themselves and don't let the media brainwash them. I'm not a fan of the music press or MTV for obvious reasons.
I don't want those who think life evolves around a square or widescreen box or who have homophobic, sexist or rascist views. Those who think terrorising wild animals for fun is ok or experiment on animals.
Bullys revolt me. Those who tread on others feet etc without a thought to their actions etc.
As for any of the big organised religions!!!!!Well we'd all be better off without out you're superstitions thanks!!
To the Scum who still hunt illegally an apt quote from Oscar Wilde
"the unspeakable in full pursuit
of the uneatable."
