I started off in the music business at a very young age like 5 yrs old lol...But my dad use to have a studio where we recorded zydeco artist. He showed me the ways of mastering and blending the sounds and all that good stuff.
About when I was 14 my dad introduced me into DJin, which he had been doin since 1977. From there I expanded and learned the arts of mixing and producing my own mash-ups and remixes. I'm starting to master the remixing as I have the mixing but practice takes perfect rite.
Well then it started I hit 18 time to go clubbin, where I met my first influence, DJ Donovan from Stan's Downtown. Once I moved to Lafayette we started hanging out at the club and like he showed me some tricks i showed him some, u never stop learning. So he let me throw a few sets and finally got him to come do a gig with which was awesome we met capacity so damn early that night lol...but yea now just waitin to get a hardcore studio to some serious productions..
It'll be 7 years in Sept. 09 when I started DJin' and entertaining people like there's no tomorrow. My rescent projects include video mixing. I'm a great remixer and do mainly mash-up work, but I enjoy mixing videos also. I'm just waitin for the day I get my big break and I can travel around the country. I currently have 70,000mp3s and 16,000 video files. If you know your club is missing something and just needs that extra push to get over the top I'm the guy you need. I work with CD players and Turntables, and also serato and virtual DJ. I have a well rounded feel for the nightlife. Hit me up for inquiries and we can talk business.
My goal in life is to go work for a radio station and then create my own, where once I am a little financially secured I'd like to open my own club called Club Avalanche (dont steal my name or im suing lol) but then i want to broadcast live from my club with MY radio station lol.
In the mean time I've played at Stan's, Shaker's, Slim's, Club-90, Cowboys Nite Club and many others.
