Ian Guthrie is a long-term promoter and DJ hailing from Toronto, Canada. His roots in the seminal promotional organization Transcendence led to a two year stint hosting a monthly "Fukhouse" Saturday night at the legendary Industry Nightclub. Post-Industry, Ian and Fukhouse had a fantastic two year run at the mighty System Soundbar and then spent almost two quality years at Footwork, one of the few clubs left in Toronto that is commited to the underground. Fukhouse continues these days at Toronto's most intimate club, TOIbar. Ian's style is rooted in tech-house and minimal techno.
