First and foremost Kool DJ Red Alert. I would never had started DJing if I hadn't heard his WBLS mixtapes back in the day!! VJ (TJ) for making me listen to soul back in the 80's!! And for all your encouragement!! DJ Yess from Masterplan in Leicester, I was always trying to be as good as him!! But it kept me practicing hard!! DJ Cheese, Jazzy Jeff and Cash Money as well. The shit they were doing in the 80's with the equipment available was amazing, no DJ now could come close using those dodgy mixers!! the whole Leicester Massive: SWC, Masterplan, Hardcore Trio, Formation 5, and of course FBI Crew. My mother for always doing the best for me as a single parent. My father for turning me onto music in the first place. And most importantly my wife Rita and my two sons Troy and Joshua for giving me a reason to do all this!! There's hundreds of others and i'll add them as they come to me!!

I have been DJing for too many years now and should have taken this shit seriously a long time ago!! I play R&B, Hip Hop, Speed Garage and 2 Step (new & Old), Reggae, funky house, Rare Groove and electro anything really. And unlike most so called DJ's I can scratch!! (Only with vinyl tho!!)My record collection spans the last 25 years cos I'm old!!!
I used to be in a Hip Hop crew in Leicester called FBI under the name of DJ Outtasite.
I currently have residences at: 12 Degrees West, Loughborough every Friday & Saturday, The Railway Long Eaton on Fridays Late!, The Cornerhouse with Dj Mantis & Dyche, La Piazza, Loughborough (Thursdays), Pink Coconut Revival Night with DJ Mantis in Derby & Hull, Flashback in London, and Unique 107.3fm Mondays 5-7pm with DJ Mantis.
I have played all over the country and on a Pirate station called Kickin' FM in Leicester if you're old enough to remember it!! I have played alongside many acts and DJ's including: Tony Mattahorn, DJ Target of Roll Deep, DJ Skinz, Scottie B, Stevie M, DJ Mink, Dazzle D, Carl 'Tuff Enuff' Brown, DJ EZ, Kate Lawler, Yusef, Richard Blackwood, Black Vinyl magic, SWC, Masterplan, Main Attraction, Hardcore Trio, One Step Ahead, DJ Swing (RIP), Kaleefs, Big John, DJ Mantis, Scott Mills & Loads of other but my memories not what it used to be!
