I was born a few years ago and started Djing in 2003.
Inspired of some local Djs I started spinning records
and tried to find my 50/50 way between clubbing and turntablism.
In 2004 I began supporting the Blueheads (LST-da phunky Child & Rhymellow)
at their live shows and artists on the RoughRemarksProductions releases.
I also did a bunch of supporting gigs- for instance warm ups for Samy Deluxe, Dendemann, DJ Vadim, etc.....
My SPINNING STYLE in the club
depends on the location and its visitors but normally
I try to connect different styles like Hip Hop(old&new), Electro, Soul, Funk, Mash- Ups, Baltimore Club, BaileFunk, Dancehall and AlloverClassics in my sets.
So the ladies scream out loud my name and the fellas are getting crunk!
In lounges I do it the smoove way-the feel good aspect… na mean!
That’s all-Now I gotta go and have a glass of some really exclusive wine…
E’ imminente la pubblicazione della prima compilation esaustiva sul funk italiano. Curata da Ernesto De Pascale e da Bobby Soul (Funkinitalia) per la Cramps Music la doppia raccolta uscirà il 27 Novembre. Comprenderà una parte antologica e una parte manifesto della scena contemporanea. Grandissimi nomi inclusi da Pino Daniele a Loredana Bertè ad Elio e le Storie Tese fra tantissimi altri. Verrà presentata al prossimo MEI Meeting delle Etichette Indipendenti di Faenza Sabato 28 alle ore 21. E dal Lunedì’ successivo sarà distribuita nei negozi e on-line.
