Bio: Javier began his career at age 19 after being enrolled, since he was 8, in one of the most prestigious music academy of Costa Rica, Conservatorio de Castella, which is alma mater to some of the country’s best music, theater and dance exponents.
A year after beginning his career, he moved to Madrid , Spain and later to London , England . It was there, exposed to different European influences where he improved his skills and technique.
In 2001, he returned to Costa Rica and began performing through out the in main electronic venues in the country. He’s also, played in Central America, in such countries as Guatemala , Panama and El Salvador .
Javier has performed in major clubs and parties in Costa Rica and Latin America, such as GrooveRepublika, Café 83, Khanda, Oblique, Prive, Latino Rock Café, Living, Frankie Go, Boogie, Luna Roja, Bajarse al Moro, Qbico, Expresivo, El Yos, Nova Lounge, Club 360, to name a few, and in the predominant electronic venue, Club Vertigo. He has played and shared booth with some of the top djs in the world like, Hernan Cattaneo, Benny Benassi, Nic Fanciulli, Rene Amesz, Cedric Gervais, dj Preach, dj Gadjo at The Ministry of Sound Party and more.
Javier also plays in different radioshows, like SoundLab the DjMag's Protonradio.com show, 979’s Contacto Radio Show, 911 Radio, DLA.com (Argentina Radio Show).
In 2008, he began to promote his own events combining Alternative rock, punk melodic bands with some of the best Techno, Minimal, Progressive House Djs of the Country for crowds of 600 or more at a time.
Now, he’s focusing in a new phase of this career producing techno minimal elctronica and indie dance.
