I hope you are not allergic because it may contain nuts, my general vision of music is based on this, somewhat out the box without the tunnel vision binoculars.
I remeber having fun with the good ol classics, 1994 onwards and being completely inspired. all i can remember is i wanted to make some of my own. those days we didn't have a computer and my guitar was my best friend.
Yet again a nother DJ turned producer. my journey began in 1998 when i first came over to London from South-Africa, it was the music that drew me here. my first job here was in a pub, The Bucks Head on Camden high street. there was this old fella called Lenny who used to DJ on the weekends, had the music and was a diamond geezer but had no skills, i remember he did not even care for beatmatching, so when he would take a break i'd take over. It did not take me long to get the hang of it. not long after that i had my own decks and progressed from there on. i mostly played private house parties for ages and there was always a house somewhere where people wanted to party.
in 2k i started producing. the last 2 years now i have not been doing much on the DJ scene, I've mainly been focussing on producing music with my decks to one side collecting dust with the occasional session here and there. The components in my studio that sees regular wear and tear is my mixer, Padkontrol, synth, guitar and Congas. occasionally the mic comes out and has a bit of fun too.
i live my life by a live and let live code of ethics. i have no enemies and i love life.
