DJ Jimmy Mozz is one of Blackpools premier nightclub DJs. this 30yr old has gone from strength to strength in everything he does. during his early life jimmy spent most of his youth & early adult years in the army where he seen the world, jimmy has served in Cyprus, Belize, Egypt, Northern Ireland & Kenya. He spent nearly 6 yrs in the army making some great mates and having some great memories, but in 2001 it was time for jimmy to move on. Jimmy was offered a job as lighting jock at the Legendary Club Heaven & Hell in blackpool where his duties were basically to assist the resident dj. during this time jimmy caught the DJ bug and soon realised where his future lay. after a year jimmy moved into the dance room (hell) as a warm up dj for a scouse dj called paul ennis after the first year as a warm up dj the club hired clubland favourates Flip & Fill to be the new face of heaven & hell with jimmy as there warm up dj. not long after jimmy had a guest dj spot at another Heaven & hell club in leeds where jimmy basically blew the crowd away with his wicked selection of tunes and floorfillers, who was this (basically) unknown dj showing the clubbers what a nightclub should sound like? news quickly spread back to jimmys hometown and he was asked to become the resident at heaven and hell in blackpool. during the next 2 years jimmy firmly established himself as the "local dj everyone wanted to see"durnig his time as resident, jimmy took on an apprntice dj called DJ Mikey J (himself a very good local dj). during the final 6 months at heaven & hell, the management team form H&H head office started to mess around with things like the music policy and club affairs, jimmy said if this carries on then the club will go out of buisness within a year, nobody listened to jimmy and his predictions came true. in january 2005 Heaven & Hell went out of buisness and closed its doors for the very last time. Jimmy then was offered a job as resident dj at another blackpool nightclub called Klub DNA, where he DJ'ed till March '08. during his time as a dj, jimmy has dj'ed and performed with many of clublands finest including, flip & fill, Kelly llorenna, Karen Danzig, dougall, vibes, hixxy, QFX, Ben T, Quadrasonic, as well as other well known djs such as, mark freejack, stevie maher, steve kelly, tim j, wez wilde, bad behaviour, and many others. during his elusive dj career, jimmy has dj'ed at, Heavan & Hell Blackpool, Leeds, Stockport, The attic, Bar me, heaventeen, cahhots, club 111, and linekers bar in Aiya Napa (Cyprus). Jimmy has a diploma in dance music production which he gained at S.S.R. in manchester, he does remixing which you can here some of his work on here, he either goes under his own name or alias's such as Soundforce or JC project with his best mate DJ Chris C.
Jimmy is originally from manchester, he is engaged to the lovely louise and has a little boy named jack who was born december 07 to her. jimmy also has another son call lewis who is 9 this year. jimmys favouate team is man city, his favourate food is chicken rogan josh. After taking a year out, jimmy is now very much back on the DJ circuit with a brand new residency on a saturday night at "Blackpools most stylish pre-club bar" Bar Red
South African Corona, whose second album is getting ready to be launched on Solar Tech very soon, and his compatriot Chabunk teamed for a Sunset Safari. As this term implies, it is an beautiful but also an adventurous tour that awaits the listeners. On the contrary of cheesy standard melodies, these varied tracks put the idea of Trance in a nutshell and distinguish themselves by forcing power and deepness. While most of them represent the creativity of South Africa, also material from Brazil, Chile, the UK and Germany is included.
