World" by one of Portugal..s most promising names, Kourosh Tazmini. DJ Producer and Founder of EMMO RECORDS (which has been referred to as one of Portugal's most important record labels by the industry's peers) recently won the prestigious award of "Best Breakthrough DJ of 2007" at a high profile awards ceremony known as "The Portugal Night Awards". In the Summer of 2008 he worked as the official DJ of the Portugal Night tour which took place in the country's elite clubs. He also played in 2 of the largest festivals with an attendance of more than 10,000 people- -at the Optimus Summer Festival and Lagars Summer Festival, he shared the booth with the world's top disc jockey, Tiesto. His productions have been featured and supported by DJs including, Tiesto, Dubfire, Hernan Cattaneo, Andy Moor, Dj Vibe, Chus, The Cube Guys, Dj Taucher, Eddie Amador, Pete Tha Zouk, Jaimy, Thomas Penton, Eric Entrena, Dj Mendo, Sapphirecut, Diego Miranda and many rising stars. His Latest Single "Fable" (2009 Mix) was featured on the radio show of the worlds number 1 Dj "Tiesto", on Tiesto..s Club Life and Andy Moor..s Radio Show "Moor Music". KOUROSH TAZMINI foi considerado um dos grandes valores da scenne electrónica Portuguesa. O seu trabalho de produção, conquistou admiração tanto a nível nacional como internacional. A sua flexibilidade de estilos, adapta-se sempre a qualquer espaço onde se apresente. Em Abril de 2008, KOUROSH TAZMINI, considerado o Dj Revelação 2007, nos Awards do Portugal Night magazine. Em Dezembro 2008, consegue chegar á 13ª posição no Top Chart Progressive do Beatport, com o tema "Fable 2009" e vê este mesmo tema nas preferências de vários deejays internacionais e principais rádios de musica electrónica em várias partes do mundo. Kourosh Tazmini, começou o ano de 2009 com a satisfação de ver o tema “Fable2009”, ser seleccionada para a Playlist do DJ TIESTO no podcast "Tiesto Club Life" e também na Playlist do DJ ANDY MOOR no podcast "Moor Music" No inicio de 2009, kourosh volta a lançar mais um original de nome “Waterworld” com remixes de Milton Channels, M.Rodriguez & Alex XS e Litos Diaz. Como dj residente, KOUROSH TAZMINI marcou uma época de ouro á frente da cabine da discoteca “Coconuts” em Cascais, uma das maiores referências da "nightlife" portuguesa.
