Frequentou Estudos Europeus, na Faculdade de Letras do Porto, abraçou o design, mas foi na música e no djing que ela encontra o seu caminho. Mariana conhecida por Dj Lady M, iniciou-se no djing num bar na zona de Leiria, sua terra natal, onde teve a sua primeira residência. É em 2003 que ela dá o grande passo, depois de muita dedicação, trabalho e gosto pelo djing começa a percorrer o país de norte a sul e inclusive voa até as ilhas dos Açores e da Madeira. ..
