About me: I have been a disc jockey in Northeast Ohio for over 20 years. I started on the radio at the University of Akron in 1986. I then moved to the club scene. First stop, Thursday's Lounge. It was the only alternative club around. If you have never been to this bar, you are missing a great time and great music. I was also spinnin' at the Daily Double, I really miss that place! (There is some new joint calling themselves the daily double, but it is not the same owners or vibe) I also used to run a bar in Kent called "JB's Down Under". I miss that place, also. It was the only place around to hear quality punk rock and hardcore. (long live "Hyper as Hell" & "Big Hunk Of Cheese") I was also the DJ at the "Town House" in Kent. Top forty and frat boys out the ass, but I dug that place as well. I also was the original DJ at Jillian's "Groove Shack" from 1999 until 2003. We played all 80's and it was a blast! I currently work at "Frank's Place on Market", "Scorchers In The Valley", "The Matinee" & "The Nut House", where I host my "DJ Larry's Trivia" nightly.
I have worked at a zillion places in the last twenty years here is a partial list of some of the spots: Arnies, The Dusty Frog, Colonial 300 Lounge, Cobalt Club, Brewski's Nite Club, Johnny J's Pub....etc.
Just stopping by to let you know that my new song "Long, Long Time" is up and available to listen to and download. Give it a spin and let me know what you think!
thanks so much for being our myspace friend, and supporting the local music scene. here is a little bit about the band: "We are four unemployed henchmen that started a band to rock out for Satan. First off we're broke as fuck so if anybody has a job for us,or anything they need "TAKEN CARE OF" we're your mother fucken niggas. We're trying to get fucking payed out this bitch. Second,..bitches: we have big ass dicks and we want to fuck. when you come to our shows, you better wear something sexy as hell, we're not fucking around we will punch you in the fucking face! and if you bring a friend tell her "prepare to get fucked" and "you better be good at sucking cocks mother fucker"......etc. thanks for checking us out, we hope you like the tunes. -GB.45"
our recordings are crappy but the songs are amazing, let us know what you think.
