Lera is a DJ, Producer and Vocalist. At only 7 years old she studied music theory, composition, and also learned to play both the piano and guitar. Lera’s first “Electronic Music” experience happened ten years later when she was just 17 years of age. From that point in her life, her mindset towards music changed forever. In 2005 Lera launched her career as both a DJ and Vocalist under the studio project “Viza”. Under the “Viza” project with Yura Popov, Lera has created a unique sound “Prog-Tech” which has won the support of many DJ’s across the globe: Nick Warren (Global Undergound), Eelke Kleijn (Global Undergound, Baroque), Hernan Cattaneo (Renaissance) and many others. With her first release in 2008, her musical releases have been signed to such labels as Carica Records, Bellarine, Polytechnics, Lotto Yellow, Lotto Blue. In 2009, Lera started to work for solo project and got influenses range from Tech House and Minimal Techno styles. Nowdays, she works over creation new tracks in cooperation with russian and foreign artists and produce own tracks. In the end of 2009, track Sozonov&Lera – Story in the wood signed to Elektrotribe (Germany). Upcoming release, work with Plastic Sound and Sozonov, will sign soon on Kung Fu Dub Bash! (Sweden). As a radio host, Lera is currently a resident DJ on Dance Radio Global (http://www.danceradioglobal.com), where every month she presents the “Tech Wave Show”. Lera has also made guest appearances on other online/live radio stations such as Kiss FM (Australia), Frisky Radio (USA), Tribal Mixes Radio (USA), Ensonic FM (Canada), Pure FM (USA), Clever Rhythms Radio (Ukraine), Night FM (Russia).
