Leur première apparition vraiment officielle (worldwide) est sur le morceau"Mystic Stylez"du classique album du meme nom de Three 6 Mafia.Prophet Posse est crée par Dj Paul et Juicy J.killa Klan Kaze en fait partie puis K-Rock (excellent tonguetwister!)part du groupe et reste avec Nick Jackson(aka Nicky Scarfo,St Nick) co-fondateur de Prophet Entertainment (à ce propos Triple Six sort bientot :Prophet Entertainment Greatest Hits) avec Dj Paul en 1993.On retrouvera K-Rock de 1998 à 2001 au sein de la clique à Tommy Wright comme membre de Street Smart Sinistaz ainsi que de Manson Family sous les noms de K-Roc ou K-Rockafella et il a été membre aussi des Roc-A-Fellaz au coté de C-Roc en 2000 sur "Behind Theses Closes Doors" de T3.En 2000 toujours K-Rock sort "Rock The World" suivi de "Shock The World" en 2002 sur le label Phatidef(apparemment un ghost label maintenant).Excellent MC mais
les prods de Phatidef laissent un peu à désirer et freinent son talent ainsi que son flow si éclatant sur les prods de 3-6.On a plus de nouvelles de lui depuis 2002.Indo G quitte aussi le navire Hypnotize Minds en 98 après son seul album chez 3-6 "Angel Dust" pour rejoindre Scarfo.Pendant son séjour en prison Nick Jackson se rend compte que Prophet Entertainment est devenu Hypnotize Minds et que de fait Paul et J ont toutes les parts... La suite bientot...
1998:Mc Mack et Scan Man forment avec Project Pat (tout juste sorti de prison en 1997 un nouveau groupe sous le nom de The Kaze qui aboutira en 98 à l'album Kamakazie Timez Up sorti chez Prophet (c'est d'ailleurs la dernière sortie chez Prophet le label est défunt depuis ou en tout cas c'est un ghost label ).Project Pat a eu un nom dans l'underground grace à cet album hardcore et sans concessions.Le style et le flow de Pat à l'époque n'était pas chantant il était raw et uncut!
Déja avec un nom comme KKK (Killa Klan Kaze) ils animent la polémique dans le sillage de 666 Mafia qui de part leur nom a été accusé de devil worshipping ce qu'ils ont toujours démenti au même titre que Natas à Détroit.Une polémique qui suivera avec l'album Talez From Da Mackside sorti le 11 septembre 2001 :!: sur le label Kami Kaze Inc avec comme cover MC Mack écrivant avec un stylo de feu sur un grimoire écrit en lettres arabes avec derrière lui des membres fantomes du Killa Klan déguisés en membres du KKK tout cela dans un temple! Devil shit! (d'ailleurs Devil shit est le label solo de MC Mack et D Evil Musik celui de Dj Paul.
MC Mack et Scan Man produisent comme Paul et J depuis le début et décident de fonder le label Kami Kaze Inc en 1999.Leur production ressemble aux early Triple Six beats à savoir éxpérimentaux et horrorcore conjugué à la voix dark de Scan Man (rappellant celle de DJ Paul période 94-95) tandis que MC Mack exerce l'hypnotisme par son flow impeccable rappellant le Spice 1 des débuts.Après Paul et J ce sont pur moi les meilleurs producteurs de real Memphis sound à savoir la devil shit propre à la ville au même niveau que Maceo (producteur attitré de Tommy Wright et de sa clique Manson Family un groupe qui poursuit le délire Triple Six) et Evil Pimp et sa clique Krucifix Klan.En 1999 Mack et Scan produisent Thugz From Da Southside avec l'album "Kazed Out",un excellent groupe composé de Lil Corb (cousin de MC Mack),Nigaro,Pimp Teddy et Total Kayos.
2000:MC Mack sort Chapters Of Tha Mack For Life album testament de morceaux entièrements composés par Mack entre 1993 et 1996 avec un "petit clin d'oeil" au KKK avec une corde qui descent d'un ciel tourmenté.Puis vient l'album "Gon Madd" terriblement hardcore et bien produit de M-Child (M pour Memphis) prouvant une fois de plus le talent du duo.M-Child n'est pas un inconnu car c'est un ex membre du fameux Prophet Posse repéré sur l'album "The End" de 3-6 en 1997 par sa rage au micro mettant six feet deep les flows et les pseudos textes des jeunots Lil Romeo et Lil Bow Wow ou encore plus dans son genre hardcore Sheyem du Wu Tang.Le premier album d'Hypnotize Camp Posse (2000) contient toujours Killa Klan en tant que membres (qui a remplacé Prophet Posse,Scarfo ayant gardé les droits du nom).Leur dernière collaboration avec 3-6 est sur l'album "When The Smoke Clears" sur le morceau "M.E.M.P.H.I.S"(Memphis Eazy Money Pimpin Hoes In Style).Comme beucoup d'ex membres de Prophet Posse ou d'HCP ils ne se sentent pas assez bien payés et ont sans doute voulus secrètement être les prochains Super Producers à éclater dans la lumière.Ceci dit à Memphis ils ne sont pas vraiment reconnus et sont plutôt détestés et ignorés par le "mainstream local" (Squeeky,Sche,Gangsta Pat,Yo Gotti...)au même titre que Natas et Esham à Detroit sans doute dû à leur talent jalousé.Ils prénomment d'ailleurs leur label "The Most Hated Label In Memphis".Mais les connaisseurs savent que Memphis est une ville à part dans le South et que beaucoup de rappeurs et labels se détestent entre eux et s'entredissent (ex:Skinny Pimp au début down avec Squeeky puis le dissant en 94 avec DJ Paul puis dissant ensuite Triple Six c'est sans fin...).Comme Project Pat dit:"Memphis is a crab bucket" (panier de crabes)A propos de Project Pat le groupe The Kaze est défunt en 1999.
2001:MC Mack sort "Talez From Da Mackside" avec beaucoup d'anciens morceaux instumentaux période 94 avec refrains hypnotiques en mode repeat typique du Triple Six sound sans apport additif de MC.On peut écouter ce genre dans Triple Six Mafia "Underground vol 1" un classique à Memphis.Le collectif Kami Kaze Inc sort "Kami Ezak" le 19 septembre 2001:un classique immédiat horrorcore et sans concessions!
2002:Lil Corb sort son album solo "Danger Zone" du même nom que le classique de K-Rino en 1995.on sent d'ailleurs que KKK est inspiré par le SPC dans le côté provocateur et politique à l'image de Ganksta NIP pour le côté horrorcore et par Klondike Kat pour le côté pimp...l'album regroupent d'anciens et nouveaux morceaux ou Lil Corb y tonguetwiste à merveille.
2003: MC Mack sort Macknificent distribué par Select O Hits habituellement mais distribué par Basix ôu se trouve à l'époque Skinny Pimp (ex Prophet Posse).Par ce biais il fait un feat avec lui ainsi qu'avec Al Kapone.Scan de son côté produit des sons pour l'album "Underground Muzik" de Koopsta Knicca ex 3-6 et le membre le plus barré et mystique à la voix d'or entre heavenly et scary voice et versatile,apportant le côté spirituel à 3-6.si si :lol: Koopsta est vraiment The Most Unknown rapper (tel NIP) avec des textes insanes et des métaphores aussi fortes que celles de Lord Infamous.Lord et Koop faisaient d'ailleurs une excellente combinaison et sont définitivement les deux meilleurs MC's de 3-6.La voix de Koop se marie très bien avec l'univers à la fois sinistre et spirituel de Scan Man.Koop subit aussi le hatin à Memphis et est non reconnu évoluant dans l'underground le plus complet ignoré par la presse us sauf par mon homie Smooth Opérateur qui a chroniqué son dernier album dans Rap US.koop est brouillé avec 3-6 depuis qu'il a fait un feat avec Skinny Pimp en 2000 ce qui n'a pas été du goût de Paul et J avec qui ils s'entredissent...
2005: sortie de Kami Kaze Inc part 2:Only The Strong Survive toujours aussi puissant au niveau du son avec en feat koopsta et comportant un diss contre Young Buck "Tuck Yo Nutts" (you ain't crunk) et proposent leurs services de producteurs dans Murder Dog:"If you want real Memphis crunk beats".Puis Scan est en feat et produit des sons pour l'album "Mind Of Robert Cooper" de Koopsta.Koop purgerait actuellement une peine de prison pour facture impayée.Mieux vaut ça que "beatin hoes" son passe temps habituel pour lequel il a déja été en prison en 2000...
19 septembre 2006:sortie du best of de Kami Kaze Inc au moment oû Triple Six sort son best of du label Smoked Out.
