    .. DJ Manzo was born and raised in Montreal in 1980. He began to make music in 1997 when he bought a set of Gemini turntables and a scratch master mixer, for those who know! He practice for a couple of years. After he bought his real material : Technic 1200 and a Vestax 06 pro mixer, he started to play in some skate competition and in some house party around his house. .. .. A couple of years later he was on the one and two's in some hip hop nights in Montreal. At the beginning of this century he played at Saphir and for five years he played at the Kops crew night at Saphir on Thursday, a night that as been over on the 24 February 2005. At the same time he as his own radio show with the USSR crew ( Union du rap de sous-sol in french !) on the Saturday night at 12:00 pm. at C.I.S.M. 89.3 FM. .. .. After that, he started to work with Bill Pagar the man behind many records in Montreal and we open up the record store : Disques Zulu (2116A De Bleury). This store as been closed down for administration problem ! .. .. At the beginning of may 2004 he became part of the Back To Basic night at Blue Dog on Saturday with the famous dj's (Dr one and Grand Thef know as Team Canada). It was the longest running hip hop night in Montreal. Rated top 3 best club night in Montreal by The Montreal Mirror Readers Poll 2003, 2004, 2005. The final chapter party was on march 18 th 2005. .. .. During 2006 DJ Manzo has re-open a store inside City style Store in Montreal. This store was open for years or so... Serato came out and probablyy 99.9 % of the dj'sdecidee to quit the vinyl market... So again we got closed down ! But Dj Manzo Still want to find a way to preserve the vinyl so he's still thinking about a project for a records store... .. .. Between 2006 & 2010 DJ Manzo was the opening act for several hip hop show in Montreal for some artist like ; Last Emperor, Phat Kat, Slum Village, Jazzmatazz (RIP Guru), Roc Raida (RIP), Boot Camp Click, Dj Dummy, Masta Ace & Edo G, Marco Polo, Talib Kweli & Hi-tek, Sean P, Smiff'n Wessun and many more.... .. ..
