DJ profesional desde 1992. Martín es uno de los Dj’s más reconocidos a nivel nacional e internacional, ha sido una pieza clave en el desarrollo de la escena electrónica mexicana, pues fué uno de los introductores del movimiento electrónico en México, es un DJ que no ha dejado de evolucionar en su trayectoria artística, es una de las figuras más significativas, sólidas y confiables de la escena mexicana. Su irrefrenable curiosidad por la música electrónica, en todas sus formas, lo mantiene informado de lo que sucede en las pistas de baile del mundo. Asistir a una noche con él tras las tornamesas es la oportunidad de bailar por horas y también una puesta al día en música.
Ha participado en los mejores festivales como: ACA WORLD SOUND FEST , UNION FEST, FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL CERVANTINO, VIVE LATINO, ECOSISTEMA Y TECHNOGEIST / LOVE PARADE 2000-2003, entre otros, Así mismo se presenta contínuamente en los mejores clubs y eventos en todo el país; ha tenido presentaciones en Chile, Costa Rica, U.S.A., Canadá, Inglaterra, España, Brasil y Francia. Ha compartido escenario con importantes dj's y músicos del extranjero como: Paul Van Dyk, Oakenfold, Sasha, Digweed, Carl Cox, Deep Dish, Tenaglia, Moby, DJ Hell, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Vath, Miss Kittin, Fatboy Slim, DJ Tiësto, Basement Jaxx y Tiga, por citar sólo algunos.
Como productor de música electrónica ha hecho remixes para otros artistas locales como Molotov, Moenia y Julieta Venegas. Ha grabado para los sellos de colectivos como Noiselab, Nopalbeat e Imeca. Con estos últimos, y en asociación con la transnacional BMG, lanzó en 2003 su primer acoplado como deejay, Imeca Sessions presenta: Martín Parra.
En febrero de 2007 en la entrega de premios DJ AND CLUBBING AWARDS organizada por la revista DJ CONCEPT, Martín fué galardonado en la categoría DJ DEL AÑO para el período 2006-2007. Este premio fué otorgado a través de votación abierta al público.
Actualmente Martín es considerado el DJ de música electrónica más reconocido y popular de México.

Throughout the 90’s, the rave phenomenon earned him a name and opened doors for him. Ten years have passed and Martín is still evolving. His place as the most popular deejay in México to date, has turned him into a talent worth exporting. The worldwide “boom” of electronic music in the mainstream has given him the chance to take his talents to other countries as well as sharing the stage with the world’s most famous Djs. He’s Djed alongside Paul Van Dyk, Oakenfold, Sasha, Digweed, Carl Cox, Deep Dish, Tenaglia, Moby, DJ Hell, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Vath, Miss Kittin, Fatboy Slim, DJ Tiësto, Basement Jaxx and Tiga, to name just a few. As a producer, he has recorded for labels like Noiselab, Nopalbeat and Imeca. For the latter, and in association with transnational label BMG, he released his first DJ compilation in 2003: Imeca Sessions presenta: Martín Parra.
