My name is Malu aka DJ Mary in the Sky. I was born in a small town called Jundiai, south of Sao Paulo in Brazil. For a long time I have listened to many genres of music. I’m 27 years old now and I’ve spent most of my life searching for the perfect sound. I started listening to dance music back in 1997, and at that time the clubbing laws in Brazil were pretty liberal. The entry age for a club was 15. So I took full advantage going to many different venues, listening to all types of styles. I was enjoying everything but not really loving anything. That was until I went to the capital of Sao Paulo and visited a club called “Over Night” where I heard a tune that blew me away. The following week I listened to the radio almost 24 hours a day recording what I could not, hoping to hear the record again. I had to know what it was. I found the tune whilst listening to one of my recordings (on cassette in those days). It was called “Out Of The Blue” by System F (Ferry Corsten). After finding my tune I needed to know more about the type of music. I discovered the genre was called Euro Trance. I had found my sound. From that moment on I immersed myself in the sound (the Trance Nation), following the scene, following the DJs.
In 2003 I moved to Toronto in Canada, I had some family there and really enjoyed myself. I’m quite sure I have been to all the trance clubs, nights, parties, and seen the entire group of local trance DJs. After two years, in 2005 I moved to London, where I made many new friends a lot of them DJs. These new friends recognized my love of trance music and urged me to become a DJ myself. I already knew in my heart I was a DJ, but was scared and needed a little push to get started. I felt at that time it was a bit of a boys’ club. So one day when walking through London I stumbled across a second-hand record shop. I went in and started looking through the stock where I found “Out Of The Blue”, it was a sign, now is the time. I spent the following couple of months working hard and saving until I had the money to buy myself a set of turntables, an amp and some speakers. I then took myself to a couple of schools that professed to teach DJ’ing.
For many people, the sky’s the limit, for me it’s just the beginning.

I am the 1st real Church of Trance'r here in Jackson, Wyoming. I only have a few friends that can spin Trance from their homes.
My main mission now, is to be a missionary to those of other genres. To help those whom are still involved in Hip Hop, Rock, and Country to really see the light.
If we go into Biblical Principle, and the peoples whom started Trance, we can say that the Japhethites really started the culture, and the Semites made a really good consensus on the music. They listen to more Goa and Psytrance, and those like Astral Projection, MFG, California Sunshine, etc. are of Semitic culture. Both come under a really good consensus, and is the foundation of real peace in this world..
