Mike Rizzo is a Progressive/House Billboard DJ/Remixer/Producer. Rizzo spins his own extensive list of number 1 Billboard Dance/Club Play remixes from Kylie Minogue, Whitney Houston, Tamia and Deborah Cox amongst others. However, Rizzo has been focussing his efforts into a darker style of remixing, transitioning from commercial house to progressive dance.

In the vein of famous DJ's such as Sasha, Sander Kleinenberg and Jerry Bonham, Rizzo infuses the best parts of his historic run of house club mixes with these trance influences from world-renown DJs.

Also, Mike Rizzo has been fulfilling the role of a producer; writing, producing and remixing his very own artist. Rizzo has toured extensively in Asia, and has played to thousands of fans in China and Singapore. Rizzo is planning on coming down to Australia in 2005 to give clubbers a taste in his brand of anthemic house and progressive trance sets.

Rizzo has been mixing in the tri state area for the last 15 years, playing huge NYC clubs like Roxy, Deep, Cheetah and Tunnel. He has also appeared in South Beach, Boston, Salt Lake City and numerous international spots including Club Divino & Pasha in Ibiza, Spain. Mike Rizzo was just given a new residency for 2007 at XM BPM 81 every Sunday morning at 3 AM east coast time following JR Vazquez. Rizzo has also won remixer and remix of the year for S I N magazine 2001. His much anticipated CD titled "NYC Dance Party" hit the stores in April 2002 featuring his own production and remixes with artists such as Brian McKnight, Wendy Phillips, Debelah Morgan and Kim English.

"Webster Hall Dance Volume 6" mixed by Mike Rizzo broke into the Top 20 albums sold in Billboard Magazine in 2004. Rizzo has just completed another Top 20 progressive/trance CD "Trance Nation America Vol. 3" mixed for Ultra Records which has been released in July. In 2005, Rizzo's CD on Thrive Records hit top 10 on Billboard's Electronica Sales Chart.
