Dani DeLuna, aka Nastique, comes from the San Francisco Bay Area and started making music when she was 16. In 2004 she began throwing dance parties in Birmingham, AL and took over the role of the DJ. Her background is in Disco-Funk, 80's New Wave/Pop and Old Skool Hip-Hop, but currently she's into Electro-House, Fidget/Bassline and French House. In Feb 2008 she, along with Rock Paper Rock, started a monthly dance party in Birmingham called KIDS GOT THE DISCO at Bottletree where she is a resident DJ along with CHARLES III.
Nastique has performed at BLOW UP (SF), FUCK YESSS (ATL), AFTERLIFE (ATL), BOMBS OVER NORTH PARK (SAN DIEGO), FINGER ON THE PULSE (NYC), CITY STAGES (BHM) as well as with Le CastleVania, Paparazzi, Richie Panic, Computer Club, Mr. Biggs, Finger on the Pulse DJ's, Your Dirty Habit, Leslie and the LY's, Team Robespierre and at official after parties for Dan Deacon, Chk Chk Chk (!!!), HEALTH, Parts & Labor, as well as being one of the resident DJs at Bottletree in Birmingham, AL.
