Angeles' downtown.
Gridlock 2009 will be featuring Southern California's
finest show cars competing for over $1000 in cash prizes as well as multiple
awards. Overlooking the stunning Los Angeles skyline,
Tatou plays host to some of the most exclusive and memorable events on the west
