chiccolino	Jul 2 2009 12:40 PM well yeh i wrote it with the intentions it wud be rapped but its a pritty emotional track and some people im talkin too reckon it shud be sung but i just feel stronger towards it being rapped. so i duno but ill see where it goes from here. sounds like your doin a few good tunes. would be good to have all those samples n stuff. i havnt got any programs running at the moment since i basically blew up my main one while trying to load up a dodgie sampler :( i wanna start remixing again. had the best fun doin that. i got stuck into writing drum n bass for a bit. wouldnt say its great or anything lol sounds very home made :P not summer here man. smack bang in the middle of winter right now but keeping it quiet from the scene anyways. building up the vinyl collection again so hopefuly this summer i can score a few sets. finding it hard to make time for music these days now that im not in school anymore. sucks! how'd your first track end up goin?
chiccolino	Jul 2 2009 12:08 PM yeh im not going to go into any details with it. youve made a decision which you're going to stick by and its not my place to interfere. hows the tunes goin? what style u workin around at the moment?? im working on a tune for HardcoreHouseFan... basically started when he was asking where he'd be able to find people to write tunes for his tracks n stuff n i thort eh ill give it a go. its wayy out of my boundaries but every experience is a good one yeh? his story is quite a serious one so made the music to match. its getting there but slowely. on the plus it came to me quite quickly which was good but still havnt written anywhere near something like this...

Apache Sound System	Jun 1 2009 3:29 PM Hello all Firstly thanks to everyone who came down last month, twas a great wee gig and the place was jumping to old skool jungle til the wee early hours. We’ve got our second credit crunching, barrack busting dance off on Saturday the 6th June. Tuneage on the night will come from Homespun and Rudimentary resident Chuck bringing some of his latin & broken beat flava to the Apache rig, and we’re glad to have Belfast turntablist & producer John King back again this month to bring some serious deck skills to the table. Finishing of the night will be Apache residents Jayuu and Jim Morton dropping some soulful dnb rollers til late in the night. The paltry fee of a 5er will get you entrance and as per usual it’s a bring your own event. Things will be kicking of around 9.30pm at Blick Studios, 51 Malone Road (across the road from the Church) Hope to see you all there!
