Since dropping his debut album To Eternity in 2008 Parker has been the name to watch on the Nu Funk scene. His blend of dance floor funk and epic soul has won him fans like DJ Yoda and Massive Attack, and seen him topping music charts and national radio playlists from the BBC to XFM.
After the success of the album the Bristol legend has been beavering away on his staggeringly hype bootlegs and beats workouts for Goodgroove Records, making anything baring the Parker logo a surefire banger with DJs worldwide. Demand has been so high that every record has been selling clean out the week of release.
Live he cuts up funk, hip hop, reggae, breaks, drum and bass and any other damn thing that has ever been put on vinyl, with the kind of superior turntable technique that puts most other DJ's in the shade. His selector skills take him seamlessly through every genre designed to make you shake a tailfeather, and sometimes at the pace of one a minute...with an accapella or scratch over the top for good measure. These untouchable talents on the decks have seen Parker compared to heavyweight record crate jugglers like the mighty Z-Trip.
