The least but not the last: Music is a wonderful universe to be shared, just like knowledge, otherwise we'd go nowhere!
The creative MATRIX IS only one and YOURS. One can try to take or copy someone else's work and creativity, but those ones will never be able to create from scratch!... Each one is a universe. Share it as well as life!!
Gravid Digital proudly presents the first release from PeteBlas entitled "Mixdown My Brain EP". Deep, Dark, Detroit style Techno. Available Now Exclusively on Beatport.
"Mixdown My Brain" kicks off with the minimal and deep techno track 'Infinite Reason'. The choppy high hats, bouncy stiff bass, and rising dark synth is reminiscent of the older Carl Craig tunes we all learned to love so much. PeteBlas portrays that rawness is his very fine, heady techno from Portugal.
Secondly is the raw, dark, entrancing grind of "Upstairs". This 'late night groove' will make your soul move.
Ferrispark Records proudly presents the release of PeteBlas’s “Blue Sky EP”. Deep & Soulful House. The Ferrispark newcomer hits hard with two deep and eclectric tracks to keep heads nodding, shoulders shaking, and brains working.
Included is a remix of ‘Blue Sky’ by label-head/producer Scott Ferguson
'Move it on EP' DSoH 09 (Deeper Shades Recordings ) 2009
Review by Ollie Brooke(PureHouseMusic.net)
It doesn't often get a lot deeper than this, 3 very moody tracks from PeteBlas here on Lars Behrenroth's Deeper Shades Recordings.
Flight To My Mind is a chugging, haunting track with some very nice atmospherics going on all through out and a complete lack of any discernible bass line - very cool.
Let's Space is equally haunting, a more tech vibe here though and this one has a bass line, albeit quite a minimalistic one!
Message to the people is a little more uplifting with it's echoing stabs and more consistent bass line.
Boddhi Satva turns in a very nice and deep version of Flight To My Mind with some very old school vibes there with his choice of drums and structure.
If you like it deep you'll enjoy this, if you don't then here's a good point of reference - done well.
