Ra Beat nace el año 2003 como un proyecto musical personal de Alvaro “Conejo” Arce y está enfocado principalmente en hacer música electrónica y combinarla con elementos e instrumentos orgánicos. Ra Beat es un "live act" y se caracteriza por la versatilidad musical en cada una de sus presentaciones, ya que constantemente los elementos musicales e instrumentistas son alternados dependiendo del tipo de presentación y de sonido que se quiere lograr. La idea central es crear nuevos sonidos, nuevos estilos, muy frescos y sobre todo experimentales. A lo largo de su trayectoria, Ra Beat se ha convertido en la agrupación más importante del país dentro del estilo electrónico, llegando a editar hasta la fecha cinco álbumes: Ra Beat (2003), Delightful (2004), Electrize It (2005), Mutaciones (2007) y Mezclas, Remezclas, Angustias, Versiones, Reversiones y Distorsiones (2008).
