---German: Im frühen Alter von 10 Jahren begann DJ Rewind sich für HipHop, R'n'B und Soul zu interessieren und schaute sich öfters Videoclips auf Viva, MTV etc. an um sein Wissen zu erweitern. Damals gehörten zu seinen favourit Artisten wie der Bekannte Usher, Dru Hill, Ginuwine sowie einer der Boy Groups Blackstreet etc. Durch seine gängigen Clubbesuche mit DJ Maze, DJ Crack-t und mit anderen großen DJs entwickelte sich eine Vorliebe für das DJing noch mehr. Er konzentrierte sich in Clubs und Diskotheken mehr auf die Musikauswahl und Mixtechniken der DJs was sehr wichtig war und dies jetzt einen großen Einfluss auf seine ganze DJ Karriere hat. Er informierte sich über das DJ Equiepment und noch was alles dazu gehörte und besorgte sich im Jahre 2000 2 Reloop Turntables, einen Oshino DJM 300 Mixer und zwei herkömmliche CD-Player womit er erstmal seinen ersten Schritt mit dem Equiepment gemacht hatte. Da er am Anfang seiner Zeit nicht ausreichend Platten vorweisen konnte hatte er zusätzlich noch mit CD..s aufgelegt. DJ Rewind bekam von DJ Maze Raritäten an Platten , die jetzt sehr wertvoll und schätzbar sind. Seine ersten Platten waren von Jay-Z "Hard knock life" und von Khia "My neck my back". Seit diesem Zeitpunkt an vermehrte sich seine Plattensammlung mehr und mehr. Jetzt gibt es nur noch die Frage wie er zu seinem DJ Namen gekommen ist: DJ Rewind reparierte früher gerne an elektronischen Geräten sowie auch an Videorecorder. Alle Knöpfe gingen rein aber der "Rewind" Knopf ging und wollte einfach nicht. Daher beschloss er sich DJ Rewind zu nennen. Er nahm bis zum jetzigen Zeitraum viel an DJ Contests teil. DJ Rewind und DJ Crazy D (Freund von DJ Maze) kamen auf die Idee ein DJ Team zu bilden. Nach kurzem Überlegen bildeten sie das "Crazy Cutz DJ Team". Dies hielt nicht lange an. Kurze Zeit später beschlossen DJ Rewind und DJ Crazy D das DJ Team aufzulösen und jeder seinen eigenen DJ Weg zu gehen. DJ Rewind lernte später DJ Fifty One aus der DJ League kennen mit ihm er gut klar kommt und zogen beide durch die Clubs und Diskotheken um die Leute zum Tanzen zu kriegen. DJ Rewind hat vorweisbare Mixtapesreihen, die von Zeit zu Zeit mehr werden. Mixtapes mit großen DJs und Artisten sind in Planung.

Englisch: At the early age of 10 DJ Rewind became interested in HipHop, R&B and Soul and began to watch Videos on MTV and Viva to raise his knowledge. By that time his favourites were Usher, Dru Hill, Ginuwine and Blackstreet. Through his frequent club visits with DJ Maze, DJ Crack-T and other big DJs his love for DJ-ing became stronger. He concentrated more and more on the music choice and technique which has had a great impact on his carreer even untill today. He acquired knowledge about the right equipment and got himself two Reloop turntables, an Oshio DJM 300 Mixer and two regular CD-players by the year 2000. He was forced to also use CDs in the beginning, because he didn’t have enough records. He got some rare records from DJ Maze and his first records at all were Jay-Z – „Hard knock life“ and Khia – „My neck, my back“. You may ask yourself how he got to his name. He liked to repair all kinds of electronic stuff, including an old video casette player. He managed to repair all buttons, except the „rewind“-button, so he decided to call himself DJ Rewind. He also took part in many DJ-contests and formed the DJ-crew „Crazy Cutz DJ Team“ with DJ Crazy D (a friend of DJ Maze), which unfortunately fell apart after a short time. After that he got to know DJ Fifty One from the DJ-League, and since the came along very well with each other, they began to tour the clubs together and get peoples asses on the dancefloor. DJ Rewind also has some remarkable mixtape series which are becomimg more and more. Mixtapes with big DJs and Artists are allready planned, so watch out!
