Ron Deacon


At the age of 6, „Ron“ was already filled with enthusiasm for a certain kind of music, which he is followed by till today. That..s why he is so much fascinated by Motown productions, the work of Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock and so with also the early work of Michael Jackson. He started Dj ing at the age of 14. His first contact with vinyl was at the school radio, where he wanted to show the people that there was more music than that they knew as mainstream. Even though there were difficulties for his schoolmates to understand his style, he continued diving into this area of music 1993 he started Dj ing in clubs, playing Nu Jazz, House, & 2 step Today he is more into Deephouse with jazzy and electronic influences. He produces electronic music influenced by his heros like Moodyman, Kerry Chandler, Matthew Herbert, Theo Parrish, Jazzanova & Phil Asher. written by Michael (MIB) Wilde 2003 1st house record: Rozzo „into your heart Ron Deacon ist kein Unbekannter im Leipziger Mikrokosmos der House-DJs. Seinerzeit als Deep Lady in den Cafés und Bars der Stadt unterwegs, hat er nun seinen Stammplatz im „Staubsauger“ gefunden. Außerdem arbeitet er auch unter dem Namen „Monopolan“ sowohl allein, als auch mit anderen Künstlern wie Ekaterina und Die Elfen an ausgefeilten Tracks. Eine Veröffentlichung gab es auch schon auf New Polish, dem leider geschlossenen Label von Mille & Mr. Hirsch.
