I am not sure the best way to describe myself. This doesnt mean that I am boring or dull, but that there so much crap that I do that its hard to sum things up. I shall try:
I am 20 years old born and raised in Texas. No, we do not ride horses everywhere, but I will not deny our ratio of stupidity to intelligence.
I am currently a Barista, but I am working on a degree in Graphic Design. I want to design websites along with flyers and advertisements. I chose this career because I love helping people, and this is my way of helping. Its not saving puppies from fires or anything, but It will pay the bills.
When I am not pouring shots of espresso over ice or trying to keep awake in class, I am a pretty interesting fellow:
I am a raver. Not a drug addict. Not a scenester. a Raver. I cannot stand clean pastel clubs blasting top 40 music to people who hide behind a brand name to be an individual. I love ugly wharehouses with giant subwoofers shaking the concrete floor I am stomping on. I am a kandi kid, meaning I make and give bracelets to people for the love of it. Its a tradition that should be continued in the scene, and its my way of contributing. If people are allowed to wear neon frames and pajama pants in public, I can wear kandi. I am also a glowsticker, defined as someone who dances specifically with glowsticks. I also spin poi when no one is close enough to get hit with them. If you were to look for me at a party, you will find me on the dance floor 90% of the time. If not, I am either not there or Im getting water.
Along with raving, I am trying to break free from being a Bedroom DJ. I spin mainly EDM, but I do enjoy a good scratch session. I love digging through the vinyl section at pawn shops and discount stores,looking for tunes that must live in my record box.
When I have some time to myself, I am usually found either at a coffee shop drawing or reading a good zombie novel.
I have had many fun life experiences, from being shot at with fireworks to working as an actor in haunted houses. I have many more, and adding more to my collection everyday. I love random useless information, comedies that do not star Seth Rogan, and anything involving October 31st.
Do not be afraid to say hi to me. I crave interaction with others. That and pancakes.
