Rork is reknown worldwide for the the great vibe & quality of his DJ sets,
melting old school classics, house, deep house, garage...
His technical skills & art of blending has established his reputation.
His musical quest: preaching quality music to open people..s mind & ears.
He plays around the world in PARIS, NYC, TOKYO, SHANGHAI, MIAMI, LONDON, CHICAGO, BERUTH, MARRAKECH, SWITZERLAND, CARIBBEAN...
Rork..s also a famous producer. He is first heard of for his
« I WANNA SEE YOU COME DOWN » EP on SERIAL RECORDS in 1996.
Since then he focused on the musical project SOLDIERS OF TWILIGHT,
alongside DEMON RITCHIE and LADY BIRD on vocals.
They have released 4 legendaries Eps : « DRIVE ON », « BELIEVE »,
« CITY LIFE » & « BEAUTIFUL ».
They received maximum support from radios (RADIO FG , BBC 1 ,RADIO ONE,
KISS FM), worldwide reputated DJS (KERRI CHANDLER, TONY HUMPHRIES,
MARTIN SOLVEIG, OSUNLADE, MASTERS AT WORK, DANNY KRIVIT, DJ DEEP..)
or music magazines worldwide (MUZIK, DJ MAG, TRAX, CODA, MIXMAG..)
Rork has also work closely with the legendary DISTANCE MUSIC, releasing a mix compilation of his own " FRENCH SESSIONS Vol. 6 " and has been executive producer on the " PARIS CALLING " project, which concept was to provide people with an exclusive track of most of the biggest parisian producers.
Finally, Rork finds the time in his busy scedule to be a prolific remixer, having remixed nonetheless than Cesaria Evora and Miguel Migs, to name but a few.
He has started his own record label at the end of 2004, STALWART*, set up in partnership with OLIVIER VELAY (A&R of DISTANCE MUSIC 1995/2003) and JCN.
