1 - When did you start? Where did you do your first steps and with who?
I organized the parties at my high school and I enjoyed that a lot, so that pushed my to pick up the turntables 17 years ago.
2 - Why did you choose the Djaying or the Mcing?
The volume's level gave me the impression to have a real power on people and then the technical aspect I also liked a lot. To spred myself on the turntables, scratching, beat juggling was something I just did for myself at first, I never thaught that it would become my job, but I put all my energy in it when I stopped studying law twelve years ago.
3 - Define your style and what makes your particularity in the movement?
I think that I have a dynamic mix, instantane, completely improvise with the rhythm I put back to back rather quickly fragments to not bore people. I scartch a lot. I love this way of mixing, because it puts the dance floor under pressure. I put my whole body in the rythme and give myself 100 I lm often totaly washed out after a big set.
4 - What are the most important moment of your artist career in the movement?
I put together my ultimate dream party 5 years ago for the lauching of a new line of Sking equipement for the brand "Rossignol". It was in the city of Biarritz during the "gliss expo" trade show. 3000 people showed up. A real moment of majic with the public. I had invited other friend DJs like Poska, Naughty J and Needs, it was so great that we were almost fighting to get on the turntables.
My first tracks where produced for the Respect Crew (k-Rhyme le roi, David Walters and myself), videos where made at the time.
The festival des Nuits Sonores in Lyon 2005. Or some other parties at l'Elysée Montmartre, Bercy (Pure Mix), my residency at 3 couleurs Radio (in Switzerland) for three years, two tours for Playstation, about ten Snowboard world competitions, 5 boarderweeks at Val thorens(France), 6 tours for Rossignol snowboard, a tour for Dynastar skis, product campains for Nike, Osiris skate shoes, Pioneer (SIEL Paris), Adidas, I participated in the FIS at Palavasse les Flots, ISPO at Munich, candide Thovex Invitational, two national tours for Desperado (beer), wolrd cup of skateboarding, the Grand Prix of Lausanne (Swiss), parties in New York, Montréal, Shanghai, Beijin, Hongkong, Munich, Geneva, Lausanne, Berlin, Venise, Stockolm, Canton, Paris and so many others.
5 - What do you think of the development of your Art in China? What would be your message?
Tell us something about the development of your art in China? What would be your message?
We have certainly a bigger experience in this domain then most of the djs here, thus it is clear that we bring unmistakably something they need. But today the Chinese learn very very fast and what is true today might not be tomorrow. I have no message besides wanting to share good moments and to continue to live on my passion and make others feel it
6 - What kind of influence China have or may have on your music?
To play even faster as they love rythme, also to play what ever I feel as long as it has rythme, the chinese mind is not formatted by the playlist of big tv or radio medias.
7 - What are the future projects of your career?
I am working on a mix tape series with dj doze for the asian market. I am also working with dj Akos (FBI) to produce a chinese women artist with american featurings and an album with Double N, my group from Lyon.
