My interest in music started at the age of 6 when my parents took me for violin lessons. I only lasted for one year as I didn't really like it. It was my father who tried to get me interested. He played guitar in a showband in the sixties. As a young teenager I became interested in playing guitar which I learned for many years. A few years later my friends and I started a band, we had a beaten-up old drum kit but no drummer! I gave it a go and thought myself how to play. I also thought myself how to play the Bodhran but I am a bit rusty at playing all those instruments now. It was around the same time I started DJing.
I have been djing in Cork, Ireland since the mid-nineties and I also go by the name "Sean C". I started producing only a few months ago (Jan '07) but many years as a music lover has helped me progress quicker. I was involved in a serious car accident in Dec '06 so the time off work has given me the time concentrate in producing music.
I also co-run KUDOS club night in Cork with partner-in-crime Mark Drummond.
