Shala, from Brno (CZ) became interested in the electronic dance music in 1999, when he first visited dance parties. Then the enthusiasm for music and admiration for DJing grew in him. After introductions and getting some experiences with DJ technology, the breakpoint came in 2003 when Shala acquired his first turntables and a mixer. He went to London and brought back with him a few LP's and in a few months he quite fairly learned how to mix.
He made his first introduction as a DJ in Brno in 2004. He played at a few students parties and later he made connections with clubs such as Perpetum and 7. Nebe. He finished his activities with the club 7. Nebe after a short time due to notable differences in music styles and he started to focus on cooperation with Perpetuum club. This club offered him the best facilities for his plans and activities. Since July 2007 he has been promoting irregular minimal techno night called NU Pagadi, first in cooperation with EliO, then on his own. He is been inviting guests such as Felipe, Jacek Sienkiewicz, Chaab, Oliver Ho or Mikael Stavöstrand. Since May 2008 he has been in charge of another resident party called MIDI which is regularly scheduled for Wednesdays in Perpetum. Here he focuses on the introduction of new talents from the Czech minimal techno scene. In addition to Wednesday's evenings he also promotes special weekend parties called MIDI Special, always with a new sub-title. Since 2009, together with Deivis, he presents a project called "Connected Everything" which is based making use of the DJ technology up to the limit and it involves 5 DJs playing at the same time. The first experience shows what great possibilities this project offers by this connection. Therefore, a special MIDI stage is present at parties like E-motion, MIDI Special or festival Creamfields CE.

Shala, původem z Brna, se o elektronickou taneční hudbu začal zajímat v roce 1999, kdy navštívil první taneční parties. To v něm probudilo nadšení k hudbě a obdiv k DJingu. Po seznamování a oťukávání si DJ techniky nastal v roce 2003 zlom, kdy si pořizuje své první gramofony a mixažní pult. Z Londýna si přivezl několik desek a během pár měsíců se naučil obstojně míchat.
Jako DJ se představuje na brněnské scéně v roce 2004, nejprve na studentských večírcích, později se dostává do kontaktu s kluby Perpetuum a 7. Nebem. S klubem 7. Nebe se ale zanedlouho loučí kvůli stylové odchylce a o to víc se soustředuje na spolupráci s Perpetuem, které mu nabízí optimální zázemí jeho plánů a činností. Od července 2007 zde pořádá nepravidelnou minimal techno noc NU Pagadi, nejprve společne s Louisem EliO, později již zcela sám. Zvou si hosty jako Felipe, Jacek Sienkiewicz, Chaab, Oliver Ho nebo Mikael Stavöstrand. Od května 2008 mu na starost přibyla další rezidentní party, tentokrát pravidelné středeční večery v Perpetuu s názvem MIDI. Zde se sousřeďuje na uvedení nových talentů z vod minimal techno české scény. Kromě středečních večerů pořádá také speciální víkendové díly, vždy s novým podtitulem. Od 2009 představuje společně s Deivisem projekt "Connected Everything" - maximálně využívájí DJ techniku a zapojují do vystoupení 5 DJs hrajících zároveň. Po prvních zkušenostech se ukazuje, jak velké možnosti toto propojení nabízí. Proto neváhají a pořádají speciální MIDI stage na parties E-motion, MIDI Special, nebo festivalu Creamfields CE.
