Dj Shannon has been spinning since September 1994 and still rocks toronto harder than anyone! She started out playing retro alternative tunes at the Dance Cave upstairs at Lee's Palace and just recently had her 12th Anniversary Party! The following spring she got a call from Whiskey Saigon to join their Sunday CFNY Retro Party where she stayed for 6 years. March 1996 she got a call to start a night at the world famous Bovine Sex Club and still shakes up Queen St West with the likes of Slayer, Dead Kennedys, Supersuckers, Fu Manchu, Motley Crue, 3 Inches of Blood & Body Count! Dj Shannon has been musical slave to many a venue over the years and has appeared on Much Loud Day on MuchMusic and Electric Circus. November 2002 she started at Crocodile Rock downtown and got the dancefloor bouncin' to Top 40, rock, RnB, Reggae, Retro and Dance for 2.5 years.

It's called "Goin'Mad", and it's made of 13 songs among which 9 baffling originals and 4 surprising covers, just the way the Lucky Devils can do it! There are prestigious guests too, such as Mark "Mad Dog" Cole, Christian "Paddle Cell" Preiss, and Fritz (Fritz & the Catz)! The incredible cover was drawn by Fred "Lord Fester" Beltran, and the lyrics are illustrated with pix by Lucky Phil himself in the wonderful 16 pages full colour booklet.
Your favourite label, Crazy Love Records, will make it all available by September as a luxuous digipack and as a LP too! But to make you patient, you can listen to 4 new songs of that crazy new Lucky Devils album on their Myspace page!
