Taking a moment to reflect back at the past 9 years makes it possible for DJ Shaykee to observe how a love for music was able to transcend the Tampa native into an dimension of basslines and beats. Starting out by rockin house parties in the late 90's @ the young age of 16, Shaykee now has embarked upon an exciting DJ career which has allowed him to be featured on line-ups with such breakbeat purveyors as Icey, Deekline and Wizard, Stanton Warriors, Krafty Kuts, Uberzone and Control Z. Playing an intregal role in Tampa's current breakbeat scene by performing on a regular basis @ different clubs and events through out Florida and the U.S., Shaykee continues to drive forward with his musical endeavors. In addition to that he has received accolades on his first production work with the song "Beelow". It has been included in sets by such artists as DJ Icey, Agent K and DJ Fixx, along with turning the heads of some of the breakbeat figures in the UK. Shaykee also stays active with responsibilities that assist Keith MacKenzie in the operations of his illeven:eleven imprint, Along with being a new member of The Future Sound Of Breaks Family. Shaykee remains steadfast in his desire to evolve not only as a DJ / Producer, but also as an individual who leaves a positive mark on the music community with his energy and hard work. By always making an effort to stay involved in musical projects both in the studio and duties concerning the record label, this proper talent is sure remain in the mix with his intense style and wicked sound!!

Hey wattup???!!!!!!!!! Sorry I didn't make it out last night. My car is getting fixed, hopefully, and we were sitting around waiting for our ride. My gf and her bf got into a fight and called the night off. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I hate not having a frickin car. By the time she called, it was around midnight and nobody I called answered their frickin phone!!!!!!! Or even their txt messages. Sucks, I'm always there with ya in heart and spirit.
