I currently focus my Dj efforts cuttin' and skratchin' for hip hop extraordinaire Versus in Prince George, BC as well as play out some funkier styles of drum and bass. In the past I have been more known exclusively as a drum and bass Dj in Prince George for Vinylution Gatherings, in Banff/Canmore for Redline Productions, and in Edmonton for Subterranean Sound. In Prince George from 2006 to 2008 I hosted a radio show on CFUR FM 88.7 (www.cfur.ca) called "Drop the Beat" that showcased local, regional, national and international urban and electronic music talent, but decided to give this up as I am trying to write my graduate thesis at the University of Northern British Columbia while holding down a professional job.
Over the years in various places both as a solo DJ and with Versus I have had the opportunity to play alongside or open for the likes of Freaky Flow and MC Flipside, Dekoze, Ill-Esha, Kerbcrawler, Dabbler, Scotty Oh, Shimon, Top Cat, Dj EDit, Sweatshop Union, Mamaguroove, Emotionz, Moka Only, Janet Panic, The No Luck Club, Mat the Alien, and was even on board to open up with my hip hop crew, Versus, for the late and great legendary James Brown.

Wooohaaaaa!!! Braindrop is throwing its very first boat party on Saturday 6 June.
The vessel is specially equipped to hold large groups of people (and all the extra bass bins we can squeeze on). Her name is The Dutch Master and she be a mighty fine boat too!
It's going to be a ridiculously fun rinse up. However, if you think you can get away with being remotely serious and/or cool at this party - ye be mistaken. The Braindrop Boat Rave is fancy dress: Pirate's from the 80's. Arrgh...better get thinkin what ye gonna wear.
